You are invited to participate in an exciting and customized opportunity to become certified in Gracious Space. This train-the-trainer event will equip you to teach, facilitate and lead using the principles of Gracious Space.
Taught by Patricia Hughes, co-founder and author of three books on Gracious Space, this rigorous program will raise your knowledge, competence, and confidence to accurately and successfully use Gracious Space in your leadership, facilitation, meetings and strategies of all kinds.

Class of 2024 Graduation
Join us at the Bellevue Arts Museum as we celebrate the graduation of the Class of 2024! They have accomplished a lot during their 2-year Adaptive Leadership journey. We invite our alumni, community partners, family and friends to celebrate their hard work and dedication to creating a better community for everyone on the Eastside. Mayors Lunch - Friday, Sept. 13
Mayors from all across the Eastside will talk about being a leader in our community and how important it is to have a regional perspective. No other event brings together so many Eastside Mayors in one place to address regional challenges and how they are working together for the greater good. Tickets available for $50 until May 11, or $60 at the door.

2023 Women's Retreat
Join us for LE’s NEW Women’s Retreat! Our theme is: What is our new now? Finding joy and designing our path forward. Retreat limited to 30 participants, sign up now to reserve your spot!
The retreat is focused on the concept of joy. How do we leverage joy to navigate our personal journey. We'll spend a bit of time diving into what holds us back from experiencing joy and creating our own individual paths as we continue to emerge from the pandemic forever changed. There will be lots of time to relax, connect, read, play games, do crafts, take a walk around the lake (by yourself or with friends) or walk the labyrinth . Treat yourself to a weekend of connection, introspection and joy! Open to all who identify as women, non-binary or anyone who wants to participate based on the topics and attendees.
