Nominations
On
November 1, 2013 the Leadership Eastside Network will
honor and highlight four inspirational community leaders
and their embodiment of our LE values: Diversity, Sustainability,
Vision, and Catalyst. These four individuals will have addressed
important community issues and met those specific challenges,
and will have helped to create healthy and mutually supportive communities.
This red carpet event is NOT to be missed and those honored,
as well as the guests, will be treated to a special and memorable evening!

The Four Individual LENi Awards
DIVERSITY – Met challenges of a diverse Eastside region
SUSTAINABILITY – Led and created sustainable solutions to an Eastside community issue
VISION – Helped lead, create and shape an Eastside community issue
CATALYST – Initiated a courageous conversation around an Eastside community issue
(NOTE: A fifth ‘LEADER’S CHOICE’ Award will be also be given; people will vote for their favorite
leader out of the nomination pool submitted for the top four awards. Visit the Leadership Eastside

Eligibility and Rules
Individuals must be nominated by attached nomination form.
The nominations can come from anyone in the community. However, nominees must live
or serve the Eastside Community of: Bellevue, Bothell, Carnation, Clyde Hill, Duvall,
Fall City, Hunts Point, Issaquah, Juanita, Kenmore, Kirkland, Maple Valley, Medina,
Mercer Island, Newcastle, North Bend, Preston, Redmond, Renton, Sammamish, Snoqualmie,
Woodinville or Yarrow Point.
All nomination forms must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept.
21st.
The winner's name may be used in published LE materials.
LE has the right to decline any entry for any reason.
The LE Awards Committee will choose the LENi Award winners by
Friday, October 8th.
