Megan Kennedy & Angie Nuevacamina Elected to Board

Megan Kennedy, Director of the UW Resilience Lab, and Angie Nuevacamina, financial services professional and newly elected Redmond City Councilmember, have joined the 2024 Leadership Eastside Board of Directors.

As the Director of the UW Resilience Lab, Kennedy works to develop and evaluate systems-based approaches to wellbeing that combine applied research, education and collaborative programming across three University of Washington campuses. A resident of Kirkland, Kennedy earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University and is a licensed therapist with over two decades of experience in non-profit and public sectors. Kennedy is also a long-time Leadership Eastside facilitator.
